    Our Customer Friendly Refund Policies

    General Refund Policy

    All orders on JeenJewels come with No Questions Asked 15 Days Refund policy. The Refund policy starts Not from when you place the order, but from the time the order is delivered to you. The order delivery date as shown by the tracking number of your package would be the first day from which the 15 days Refund Policy would start. 

    Please note that any orders that are modified by you in anyways without our prior permission would void the Refund Policy. We cannot accept modified items back for refunds. If you need to modify the jewelry by yourself, please contact us before you do the same. 

    Any order which has been customized per the request of the buyer(customization other than the drop downs available for the listing), do not qualify for the returns/refunds.

    Any orders shipped outside of USA and Canada do not qualify for returns/refunds.

    Due to the  nature of the item, once the RA number and validity date is issued, we cannot extend or reissue the RA number. If the item is not shipped within the authorized period, the item will not be accepted for return/refund.

    Any of our GIA certified diamond rings, do not qualify for returns and refund.

    Please also note that any paperwork that you received with the Jewelry should be sent back to us. The Jewelry should not have been worn and it should not show any sign of wear and tear. If we receive items back with incomplete paperwork, we would not be able to process the refund back to you. 

    Refund Method

    We would process the Refund method ONLY the same way it was paid for. We cannot process the Refund in another method. For example if you have paid for the item using a credit card, we would process the refund back to the same credit card. We cannot process the refund back to you in form of a check or to a different credit card. In some cases where we cannot process the refund back to you in the same method you paid for, then we would issue you a check, which would be mailed to you. Once we process the refund back to you, we would update you via email. 

    Refund Time Frame

    We believe in processing refunds in the fastest time possible and make it very easy for you. Please note that once we receive the Jewelry item back from you, it would be checked by one of our Jewelers to ensure it is the same item and no modifications have been made on the same.

    We would process the refund back to you within 7 business days of us receiving the Jewelry back from you. Please NOTE that once the refund is processed, it can take another 10 business days for your bank to credit your account. This timeframe is not in our hands, and is as determined by our credit card processing company and your card issuing bank. Once we process the refund from our side, we would update you via email. 

    Return Shipping Method and Return Shipping Cost

    Please note that we do not pay for the return shipping cost. Our selling prices are very low and we cannot pay for the return shipping cost. You are free to ship the package back to us by whichever shipping company you choose. All Package must be sent with insurance and with a tracking number for the shipment. If we receive a package which is damaged or opened, we would not accept the same. It is your responsibility to ship it properly back to us and with insurance and delivery tracking number. Once you have shipped the package back to us, please update us via email or by phone with the delivery tracking number.

    Refund Amount

    We would process a full refund back to you. However there is a deduction of 5.5% of the purchase price from your refund. This is a standard restocking fees that we charge. If your rings back been engraved by us, the engraving cost paid will not be refunded.

    Cancellation of Order

    If an order is cancelled, there is a cancellation fees of 14% of the purchase price. 

    How to Request for Refund

    We want to make the refund process very easy for you. The following few steps show how you can request for a refund:-

    Step 1: Send us an email to, and let us know that you want a refund. You do not need to include any reasons for refund request. Please however include your Name the order is placed under.

    Step 2: We would send you an email response within 24 hours. If your order is in the refund timeframe, we would include a return authorization number in the email.

    Step 3: Ship the package back to us. The package must contain Your Name, Return Authorization Number, Shipped with a tracking number and Shipped with Insurance. You can choose any shipping company you prefer.

    Step 4: Refund can only be processed when we receive the item back, we would process your refund within 7 business days if it meets our guidelines as described above. Once the refund is processed, we would update you via email. It can take upto 10 business days after that for the money to be credited back to your account.
